About Keyvan.FM

Keyvan.FM is my podcast channel that provides content on software development, computer science, and technology as three primary topics of its episodes. The main focus and goal of Keyvan.FM is on the richness of technical content through appealing high-quality audios.

The rise of faster internet connections for ordinary users around the world as well as the advent of handy and accessible devices for recording high quality multimedia content such as cell phones and tablets started a trend on the web in the past few years to move from the dominant textual content towards multimedia content where not only professional content providers but also ordinary users record good-quality video and audio content and share them on the internet. Some multimedia content sharing services like YouTube and Vimeo are famous highlights of this progress. One aspect of this trend was to have the growing number of amateur and professional podcasts that provide good content about different topics on the internet.

After over six years of active blogging with over thousand blog posts on software development and technology that mostly became one of the primary resources in their field on the internet, I decided to adopt the latest changes on the internet and start my own podcast channel. Keyvan.FM is the outcome of this decision when it met my passion to apply the newest technologies and web standards to deliver a website that belongs to future and applies the state of the art technologies and standards.

Furthermore, in contrast to my blog where I have the only voice, I wanted to incorporate other opinions in my content-publishing process and ask other professionals and individuals to discuss different topics with me. Along this path, Keyvan.FM can provide an unbiased content from an individual’s point of view.

While the majority of episodes on Keyvan.FM are the interviews, in some others I have solo where I discuss a topic.

Besides the content, Keyvan.FM is built with the goal of applying the latest web programming technologies and web standards in action. This site is actively and extensively applying HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to have an appealing interface and smooth user experience that is going to become the mainstream type of design in the coming years.

I’m open to feedback by the audience, so you can suggest your topics and/or guests and leave your comments. My contact information (email, Twitter, and phone) can be found on Keyvan.TEL.
